This site exists to explain what we do: helping owners of pool service businesses and routes sell privately, and helping qualified buyers find those businesses before they reach public listing sites. Everything published here, including articles, guides, multiples, timelines, and process descriptions, is general information about our industry.

2. Nothing here is an offer, and nothing here creates an engagement

We represent a client only after both parties sign a written engagement agreement. Until that happens, no brokerage relationship exists and we owe you no fiduciary duty.

3. Valuation figures are estimates, not appraisals
We publish general ranges, for example that pool routes commonly trade at a multiple of gross monthly recurring revenue, because owners find them useful as orientation. These ranges are drawn from our experience in the market and will not match your business.
Any valuation, opinion of value, or estimate we provide, whether on this site or after a conversation with you, is our informed opinion for planning purposes. It is not a certified appraisal, a fairness opinion, or a guarantee of what any buyer will pay. Actual sale prices depend on financial condition, customer retention, route density, owner dependency, market timing, deal structure, and negotiation. 4. Information you send us
When you contact us through this website, please do not send sensitive material through the contact form. The form is appropriate for an introduction.
